10th Bienal Poster
This was an example of dialog between the languages of the plastic arts and graphic design, rather than submission of one to the other. ln this case, the subtleties of Op Art inform modem design - Iet us recall that they have a natural affinity - with the presence of the most prominent members of this movement at the 9th and 10th Bienals. The graphic solution lends the diagonal black band the task of moving into the field of the poster, pushing the thread of lines, shifting the upper vertical axis, and, as a result of this operation, creating a vibrating optical effect. Tarefa a cargo do cartunista Ziraldo e homenagem da Bienal ao mesmo, que, por sua vez, não cobrou pela obra, o cartaz da mostra Terra de Ninguém fez alusão aos mapeamentos geográficos propostos pela curadoria de Alfons Hug. Tendo em conta a diversidade e miscigenação brasileiras, a peça apresenta uma variedade dos 143 tons diferentes de pele existentes no país.
